Terms and Conditions

RATE VALIDITY
Rates include: vehicle, driver, fuel & tolls for the designated Kruger Shuttle Route; gate fees
only when the option is pre-booked and paid in full for delivery/collection at the actual game
lodge or accommodation facility located in the greater Hoedspruit area.
Rates exclude: anything not mentioned above
Rates are applicable to all adults and children - no discounts for children of any age
The shuttle service operates on a driver-only basis with an English speaking driver
Rates are valid for all relevant transfers that take place 1 November 2015 - 31 October 2016
Nett rates are available on request
There are no single supplements – rates are ‘per person each way’
Guaranteed daily departures in both directions with the exception of 25 December each year
Clients must book together onto the same shuttle departure to qualify for the 2-5+ pax rate
Rates are subject to change at any time without notice, primarily due to gate fee increases
At the discretion of management a fuel levy may be implemented at any time.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The normal Kruger Shuttle runs between Pretoria, OR Tambo & surrounds, and the greater
Hoedspruit area with Bush Pub being the last HDS drop-off & the first HDS collection point.
If clients choose the option for collection / delivery at the actual HDS-area game lodge or
accommodation facility, the pre/post shuttle transfer will either be done by Ashtons or by one
of the HDS-based private transfer companies working in conjunction with Ashtons
The Gautrain is strongly recommended for clients overnighting in Sandton/Rosebank etc

BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
Bookings, amendments and cancellations are not confirmed until Ashtons has confirmed them
in writing. If you do not receive a written confirmation within one full working day of sending
your request please make contact with Ashtons since we may not have received your email.
Bookings are always subject to seat availability. Ashtons will always assist wherever possible
but reserves the right to decline bookings when we cannot adequately assist.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
Payment must be received by Ashtons in advance of the 1st leg for each shuttle booking in
order to confirm the bookings. Credit card facilities are available for the Kruger Shuttle.Contact our office for more information. Failure to meet the pre-payment requirement will result in cancellation without notification. Cancellation fees may apply should the service be cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival
100% cancellation fees will be applicable on no-shows. Please note exchange rate fluctuations my apply when issuing refunds.

TIMING & LOCATIONS
Please take note of the shuttle's Timing and Locations are stated and given in confirmations as well as our website.
All timings are a guideline and is affected by traffic, weather, comfort stops & road conditions.
If necessary Ashtons reserves the right to amend the above timing without prior notification.
Clients for collection should be ready to depart at the relevant collection time. The shuttle will
wait for missing clients for maximum 5 minutes from the advertised collection times, beyond
which the clients may be treated as a no-show.
Should delays occur Ashtons will make contact with the relevant agents, lodges & transfers.
When clients or agents make their own pre/post shuttle transfer arrangements for getting between the HDS-area lodges and the designated shuttle locations, it is then the client's or agent's responsibility to book these transfers in accordance with the shuttle's timing.

RESPONSIBILITY
Ashtons cannot be held responsible for guests arriving off flights timeously on day of departure.
The Kruger Shuttle operates according to scheduled timing which must be adhered to as far
as possible for the sake of all passengers on board. It is the clients' responsibility to comply
with the shuttle's timing by being present at the confirmed pick-up location and time. Ashtons
accepts no responsibility whatsoever for clients who miss the shuttle regardless of reason
Ashtons cannot be held responsible for flight delays, missed flights, accommodation or any
costs incurred by the clients due to circumstances beyond our control.

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE (excluding hand-held bags, small backpacks and laptops)
• Please note that clients are permitted 1 luggage bag each at a maximum of 30 kg per bag • Extra luggage will be charged for at R50 per extra bag or R50 per extra 20 kgs • Any extra luggage must be pre-booked in advance and confirmed by Ashtons in writing

These Terms & Conditions can be added to or amended at any time during the
course of a season without prior notice.
